Lucky 210 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

• Single account: Only one Lucky 210 account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a violation of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or voluntary restriction order on Lucky 210 or any related platform.

When you register a Lucky 210 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile phone number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process.

Verification (KYC): Lucky 210 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a CNIC scan or photograph, a recent utility bill or other proof of address, and a selfie for facial verification. Failure to provide these documents within the specified time frame may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your Lucky 210 login credentials — username, password, and any PIN — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone. Lucky 210 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder has shared login credentials or failed to maintain reasonable account security.

Account Updates: If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number or payment method — you must update them in your Lucky 210 account settings promptly. Providing false or outdated information may result in suspended withdrawals until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on Lucky 210 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions, no conversion fees applied by Lucky 210, and no third-party currency exchanges involved in any deposit or withdrawal from your Lucky 210 account.

Accepted Payment Methods: Lucky 210 currently supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Deposits: Deposits to your Lucky 210 account are processed in real time where technically possible. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified on a particular promotion. Lucky 210 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal. Bet amounts placed with real money funds count towards wagering requirements before bonus funds are used.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat typically contribute 10%. Sports bets and Poker contributions vary by promotion. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, both the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited. The standard bonus validity period is 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Abuse and Manipulation: Lucky 210 reserves the right to remove bonus funds, withhold winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes strategies designed to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

All games available on Lucky 210 operate under clearly defined rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any Lucky 210 game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules and the mathematical odds associated with that game.

RNG Certification: Automated game outcomes on Lucky 210 — including slot results, roulette spins, card draws, and dice rolls — are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator technology. The platform cannot influence, predict, or manipulate game outcomes. This certification is maintained through ongoing third-party audit.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained croupiers in a controlled studio environment. Results are as random as physical mechanics allow and are not manipulated by Lucky 210 or its software providers.

Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a game, Lucky 210 systems will complete or void the round in accordance with the rules of the specific game being played. Bets already placed and committed at the time of disconnection will not be reversed unless the game rules specifically provide for this. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky 210 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one Lucky 210 account in your name or the name of another person
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method or identity to transact on Lucky 210
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with Lucky 210 games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game
• Attempting to launder money through Lucky 210 or using Lucky 210 for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gameplay
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Lucky 210 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Lucky 210 players
• Engaging in any activity that Lucky 210 determines in its reasonable judgement to be fraudulent, dishonest, or in bad faith

Lucky 210 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Suspicious patterns including unusual wagering sequences, rapid multi-account activity, or payment irregularities will trigger review. During any fraud investigation, affected accounts may be suspended and balances held pending the outcome.

Either you or Lucky 210 may close a Lucky 210 account at any time. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are settled.

Termination by Lucky 210: Lucky 210 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons include violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks initiated against Lucky 210, or inactivity of 12 months or more without any gameplay or transaction.

Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months with a balance of less than Rs 500 may have their balance subject to an inactivity administration fee equivalent to Rs 100 per month or the full remaining balance, whichever is lower. You will be notified via your registered contact before any such deduction begins.

Balances on Closure: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Lucky 210 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Balances will be forfeited where the closure is the result of proven fraud, bonus abuse, or serious misconduct.

Lucky 210 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the platform functions reliably, Lucky 210 makes no guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous availability of any specific game or feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 210's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lucky 210 is not liable for any of the following: indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from failure or delay of third-party payment providers; losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failures; or any financial loss arising from a player's decision to use the Lucky 210 platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Lucky 210's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Lucky 210 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes may be required to reflect new game categories, updated payment methods, revised regulatory requirements, or improvements in the way the platform operates.

When material changes are made to these Terms, Lucky 210 will notify registered players through their registered contact details — typically via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number — at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or minor procedural updates) may be made without notice.

Continued use of Lucky 210 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw any remaining verified balance.
